The OUR Champions of Undergraduate Research Award celebrates departments that promote a dynamic undergraduate research culture, incentivize faculty research mentoring through independent research and course-based research experiences (CURE), incorporate research education into curriculum effectively, and facilitate student participation in research activities inside and outside of the classroom.
The OUR Outstanding Faculty Mentor Award recognizes UNLV faculty members in both HNSE and AHS with a record of excellence in inspiring, influencing, supporting, and mentoring undergraduate researchers in their professional development, career training, and educational journey.
The OUR Outstanding Undergraduate Researcher Award aims to stimulate interest in research involvement at the undergraduate level and recognizes undergraduate students who demonstrate and exemplify excellence in research.
